This is what the Union Station drop off area looks like,(it is based on 412 S. Raymond ave. Pasadena CA 91105 Pasadena, it accepts services from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Sunday just drop off your food here.
If your Restaurant is based in the los angeles area you can contact a local hauler to give you special containers were you put your organic waste. Athens Services is one of these providers.
All you haft to do is put your organic food( anything you can eat) in these specially marked bins. Like shown above.
